Would you like family portraits that show off the gorgeous colors of summer in Iwakuni? Consider booking an Iris Festival portrait session this year! The irises are planted to bloom in the Kintai area the first week of June for Iwakuni's annual Iris Festival. By capturing your portraits a few days before the festival, or a few days after, you get the gorgeous flowers without all of the tourists. You can see additional photos from this session on my blog: The Piper Family
Thank you for considering Jessica Guthrie Photography for your 2015 Iris Festival portraits!
When you book an Iris Festival session, you can choose from the standard session packages found below, based on your portrait needs.
Then, email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your desired session time from the ones printed below. All sessions are limited to 60 minutes. Keep in mind that Mother Nature controls the blooms and the weather, so sessions may need to be rescheduled. Once we have booked your session, you will have 72 hours to send me your contract, model release and session fee before your session time is made available to other clients. Session times are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis. Details will be emailed to you upon your booking.
If you do not show up to your session, cancel within 72 hours of the shoot, or do not return emails, you forfeit your session fee. I am happy to work with you to reschedule a session if an unforeseen scheduling conflict arises and you notify me of the requested change in a timely manner – I am a military spouse and know how life changes quickly in the ranks.
If there is inclement weather and the session cannot be rescheduled because the season is ending, you will receive a complete refund of your fee.
Please note that I do NOT release unedited photographs from your session. These additional files will need to be purchased for editing, $50 per file, which includes one 8x10 matboard. For additional session information, log on to my Session details page.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I am more than happy to answer them! I look forward to photographing you soon!
